One of my personal favorites for digestion is our Rebekah’s Digestive Bitters.

I personally struggle with food digestion, and I cannot say enough about how helpful bitters can be as part of a digestive routine.

Digestive bitters are traditionally used before meals to help wake up the digestive system. That bitter taste signals the body that food is coming and may help support:

• Healthy digestive secretions
• Normal stomach acid production
• Bile flow and fat digestion
• Appetite and digestion before meals
• Less of that heavy, overly full feeling after eating
• Overall digestive comfort

I especially like how simple they are to use. A small amount before a meal can be an easy way to support the body’s natural digestive process.

We currently have our Rebekah’s Digestive Bitters in Citrus and Mint.

I wanted to give a special shout-out to our Lake Orion Manager, Mikayla.

Mikayla brings so much heart, care, and dedication to our Lake Orion store. She truly cares about the team, our customers, and making sure everyone who walks through the door feels welcomed and taken care of.

Managing a store takes patience, leadership, organization, and a whole lot of moving pieces behind the scenes. Mikayla handles it all with grace and continues to show up for her team every day.

Thank you, Mikayla, for all you do for Rebekah’s and for the Lapeer team. Your hard work and commitment are appreciated more than you know.

A few very special salt lamps have arrived at our Lake Orion store.

These beautiful Himalayan salt lamps are large — around 64 pounds each — and use a 40-watt bulb. Rebekah and Pam personally hand-picked each one, and no two are exactly alike.

We only have a limited number available, and we will not be restocking these before Christmas, so if you have been wanting a larger statement salt lamp for your home or as a special gift, now would be a good time to stop in and take a look. $195.

We’re so excited to officially introduce Claire, the newest member of the Rebekah’s Health & Nutrition team! While she may be our newest employee, she’s actually been part of our store family for over a year.

Claire is incredibly hard-working, knowledgeable, and always eager to learn more. One of the things we love most about her is how excited she is to share what she learns with everyone around her.

Rebekah’s Health & Nutrition is looking for a confident, people-focused Key Sales Associate to join our team.

This is a permanent part-time position averaging about 25 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays is required. Open availability with occasional weekends.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, has retail or leadership experience, and has an interest in health, wellness, supplements, and natural living.
