Microneedling with fat :

Using harvested fat as a gliding agent is a way to infuse adipose derived stem cells into the skin for an improved result . This patient had fat grafting prior to the microneedling. Both procedures done in concert will improve her skin texture, correct fine lines and wrinkles and maximal rejuvenate her face without a coagulative necrosis during the healing process which occurs with heat based devices . I believe this to be healthier for the skin in the long run.
