Penny Ng, APRN, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in medical and aesthetic dermatology. A San Francisco native, she earned her BSN from California State University, Sacramento, MSN from Samuel Merritt University, and DNP from Aspen University. After training as an ICU nurse at UCLA and working in dermatology at Stanford Health Care, she went on to practice dermatology throughout the Bay Area. Penny is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized care.

Raised in Western Montana, Sidney brings a passion for wellness, community, and patient-centered dermatology care. Her background in emergency services and dermatology training gives her a well-rounded clinical skill set.

Sidney loves building long-term relationships with patients and helping them feel confident in their skin. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, trying new restaurants, and attending live music events.

We’re excited to welcome Daniel Tinker, MD, FAAD, to the Clear Choice Dermatology team!

Dr. Tinker is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in medical dermatology, skin cancer, and complex inflammatory skin diseases. He completed his dermatology residency and clinical research fellowship at Saint Louis University after earning his medical degree with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed dermatology publications and also has a strong interest in cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on treatments that enhance natural results.

Dr. Tinker is dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based dermatologic care while building meaningful physician–patient relationships.
