Many will be attending fireworks 🎆 shows. Please, be aware of the danger of possible hearing damage. Loudness at these events can reach sound levels between 145 and 175 dB at close range. Even if you’re sitting further away, you’re probably still exposing yourself to 100 to 115 dB.  For context, human ears can only safely tolerate sounds up to 85 dB. 🥹  Foam or silicone earplugs are easily available at Walmart or any pharmacy they provide at least a little help. That will usually give 22 to 33 dB of protection. Foam inserts provide more help than silicone. If you would like a little better protection, use the earmuffs you can get those at Walmart, Lowe’s, or Home Depot, very easily. Be safe. Be smart. If you’re wearing Hearing Aid’s, you need to be especially careful. I would recommend muting your hearing aids and wearing a headset for protection.

I truly meant to add some new pictures to this today. There was not ONE EXTRA MINUTE to do that! We are in the midst of hiring a patient care coordinator until then I’m working by myself. I saw 16 patients in this office today all by myself it is a lot and it is too much for one person. I’ll be interviewing someone tomorrow and I sure hope it goes well.
