💜 **Understanding Grief: There Is No "Right" Way to Grieve** 💜

Grief is a natural response to loss, but it affects every person differently. While many people associate grief with the death of a loved one, grief can also occur after the loss of a relationship, a job, a dream, a diagnosis, or any significant life change.

Studies show that nearly everyone will experience significant grief at some point in their lives, and approximately 10-20% of grieving individuals may develop prolonged or complicated grief that interferes with daily functioning. Grief can impact emotional, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. It may look like sadness, anger, anxiety, numbness, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbances, loss of interest in activities, or even physical aches and pains.

For some individuals, grief can become overwhelming and may contribute to depression, feelings of hopelessness, or thoughts of su***de. Bullying can further intensify these feelings. Whether it happens in person, online, at school, at work, or within social circles, **bullying is never okay.** Words and actions matter, and the impact can be far greater than many people realize.
