You can tell I was a bit nervous since this was one of the first videos I've ever done!

The fact remains however that massages are good for you and your health!

My professor would always say "Massage is the only place on the planet where you could pay for a better quality of life and not have to process anything". To this day I believe that is true and it is SO important for our bodies to rest, especially in the busy society we live in.
