We love taking care of your skin at Preserva, but starting with internal factors will help to maintain your facial services!

If you want truly healthy skin, that healthy, radiant glow will be maintained by proper diet and nutrition.

80+ ounces of water daily — hydration is essential for healthy-looking skin.

Limit added sugar — too much can contribute to inflammation and may affect the way your skin looks and ages. Specifically synthetic sugars like high fructose corn syrup.

Limit alcohol — alcohol can be dehydrating and can cause skin to be dull, dry, or puffy.
