Building a specialized pediatric clinic for children with unique needs has been a labor of love. Seeing families explore the rooms and smile with our staff made every single moment of hard work worth it.

What an incredible time we had at the Lake Wales Community Cup!

We loved connecting with local families, sharing information about pediatric therapy services, giving away Speech Savvy goodies, and playing fun games with the children. Seeing so many smiling faces and having the opportunity to educate our community about the benefits of pediatric therapy made this event truly special.

At Speech Savvy Therapy Services, we are passionate about supporting the children and families in our community, and events like these remind us why we love what we do. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and helped make the day such a success!

Allow us to introduce Speech Savvy Therapy Services' first student Maria Marrero. Maria is currently completing her first Level II Fieldwork rotation at Speech Savvy Therapy Services with our exceptionally skilled OTR/L, , as she pursues her goal of becoming an Occupational Therapist. Maria has been a COTA for the past 5 years with experience working in outpatient pediatrics, skilled nursing facilities (SNF), assisted living facilities (ALF), and travel therapy. Maria spent 4 years working as a travel therapist throughout California, where she had the opportunity to serve diverse populations and gain valuable clinical experience. Maria is passionate about helping individuals reach their highest potential and engage in meaningful activities that enhance their independence, participation, and quality of life. Outside of work, Maria enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, hiking, cooking, and exploring new places and experiences.
