Most people would never speak to a friend the way they speak to themselves.

Yet many of us live with an internal dialogue that is filled with criticism, doubt, worry, and judgment.

What we repeatedly tell ourselves matters.

The subconscious mind doesn't always distinguish between what is true and what is repeatedly practiced. It learns through repetition.

When you consistently tell yourself:

"I'm not good enough."
"I always mess things up."
"I can't do that."
*"Nothing ever works out for me."

Your mind begins to accept those statements as instructions.

Happy June 1st!

We are officially halfway through the year.

Take a moment and let that sink in.

The days are longer. The trees are full. Summer vacations are underway. Life is moving forward whether we notice it or not.

Six months ago, where did you think you'd be today?

Sometimes the fear of failure, fear of childbirth, of parenting, or other subconscious barriers make conceiving difficult; and each time the pregnancy test is negative, those triggers become more anchored in the subconscious.

You can be doing well… and still feel tired.

Not “I need a nap” tired…
just… off.

A little less patient.
A little harder to focus.

Things that usually feel easy take more effort.
And nothing is really wrong.
You’re still getting things done. Showing up. Handling things.
But it doesn’t feel the same.

We’ve been hearing this a lot lately.
People who are doing everything they need to do…
but haven’t really had a chance to slow down.
Not mentally.

And after a while, that catches up.
Not in a big, dramatic way…
just in how you feel day to day.
A little more drained.
A little less like yourself.

Sometimes it’s not about doing more, or pushing through.
