Mentorship plays an important role in the Fresenius Kabi internship experience.

Each year, our LEADnow Employee Impact Group (EIG) pairs every intern with a mentor from another area of the organization, helping them build connections, gain new perspectives and expand their network throughout the summer.

Last week, interns and their mentors gathered for the Intern-Mentor Milestone Meetup to reflect on the first six weeks of the program, share experiences and celebrate the connections they've built along the way.

Investing in early talent is one of the most important ways we build for the future, and it starts with connection.

Members of our Executive Committee recently hosted a meet and greet with our summer interns at our U.S. headquarters, giving them the opportunity to hear directly from leaders, ask questions, and learn from the experiences that shape different career paths.

Our summer interns are already bringing fresh perspective, curiosity, and a willingness to learn that’s showing up across our organization. Programs like this go beyond experience, helping to build confidence, expand what feels possible, and connect day-to-day work to something meaningful.
