June is PTSD Awareness Month and Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

For many first responders, veterans, and the men who dedicate their lives to serving others, the weight they carry often goes unseen. The long shifts, traumatic calls, pressure to stay strong, and silence around mental health can take a lasting toll.

PTSD does not make someone weak. Asking for help does not make someone less capable.
And struggling in silence should never be considered “part of the job.”

This month, we encourage conversations that break stigma, support healing, and remind those suffering that they are not alone. Whether you are a police officer, firefighter, dispatcher, EMS provider, veteran, spouse, or loved one. Your mental health matters.

Checking in on your people can save a life.
Checking in on yourself matters too.

At the 911 Wellness Group, we remain committed to caring for those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

National EMS Week | May 17–23, 2026

This week, we honor the EMTs, paramedics, and EMS professionals who respond when every second matters.

You are often the calm in chaos, the steady hands in crisis, and the first point of care for people on some of the hardest days of their lives. Your work requires skill, strength, compassion, and sacrifice. Often, while carrying the weight of what others may never fully understand.

At 911 Wellness Group, we see you. We respect you. And we are grateful for the lives you touch, the communities you protect, and the dedication you bring to the frontlines every day.

To every EMS professional: thank you for answering the call.

This National Police Week, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of the men and women who put on the badge each day to protect our communities.

Behind every uniform is a human being who carries the weight of what they see, hear, and experience in service to others. At 911 Wellness Group, we remain committed to caring for those who dedicate their lives to serving others. Not just this week, but every day.

To all law enforcement officers, retired officers, dispatchers, and the families who stand beside them: thank you for your service, your resilience, and your sacrifice. We see you, we appreciate you, and we support you. 💙

Happy Monday and National Correctional Officers Week!

This week, we take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank the men and women who serve as correctional officers.

Your work is not always seen, but it is deeply felt.
Day in and day out, you show up in environments that require constant awareness, strength, and resilience. You carry responsibilities that most will never fully understand, and you do so with professionalism and commitment.

We want you to know you are appreciated.

We also recognize that the weight of the job doesn’t always stay behind the walls. The stress, the hypervigilance, and the emotional toll can follow you home, and that matters.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as the work you do.

This week, we encourage you to:

Check in with yourself
Lean on your support system
Give yourself permission to slow down when needed

To our correctional officers. Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your dedication. What you do matters more than you may hear.

At 911 Wellness Group, it is truly an honor to support you.

Happy Friday and welcome May!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

For first responders, mental health isn’t a trend. It’s part of the job.
What you carry matters. And so do you.

You don’t have to wait until it gets heavy to check in, so let’s talk about it. Because what you carry doesn’t just go away...it builds.
