Today, the StayWell Home Care Unicorn had the privilege of spending time with the wonderful residents at Radford Green at Sedgebrook
We shared smiles, laughter, and even got a few residents up and dancing!
Of course, we couldn’t resist stopping by the physical therapy room to squeeze in a few exercises too!
At StayWell Home Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care, but we also believe that joy, companionship, movement, and meaningful connections are just as important. Sometimes, a little extra magic, a friendly visit, and a reason to smile can make all the difference in someone’s day.

What a wonderful afternoon at the 2026 Women’s Health Conference! Thank you to Enrique Saguil, MD - Integrative Medicine Clinic, Maria Bitting, Sejal Patel, Laura Murray from The Well Thinking and Libby Proctor from Valley Acupuncture Health Solutions for sharing such valuable information.

One of the biggest takeaways from today was the importance of understanding our bodies through every stage of life. Whether it’s preventive screenings, strength training, stress management, sleep, or overall wellness, the choices we make today directly impact our health and independence tomorrow.

At StayWell Home Care, we see firsthand how maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being can help individuals remain independent longer and enjoy a better quality of life as they age. Health isn’t just about adding years to your life-it’s about adding life to your years.
