Spider veins are often harmless, but that doesn't mean you have to live with them if they bother you. For many people, treatment is a personal choice based on appearance and confidence, and that's a completely valid reason to explore options.

In some cases, spider veins may also be associated with symptoms such as aching, burning, or leg fatigue. Treatment can improve the appearance of the veins and, for some patients, help reduce discomfort.

Whether your concerns are cosmetic, symptomatic, or both, there are minimally invasive treatments available to help you feel more comfortable in your skin.

Fact!

Varicose veins occur when blood doesn’t flow properly through the veins, causing blood to pool in the legs. Over time, this slowed circulation and vein damage can increase the chance of blood clots forming. While most varicose veins are not dangerous, untreated vein disease may contribute to complications like superficial clots — and in some cases, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a more serious condition involving a clot in a deeper vein.

Symptoms like leg swelling, heaviness, aching, skin discoloration, or warmth in the leg shouldn’t be ignored. Early evaluation and treatment can help improve circulation and reduce the risk of complications.

Varicose veins got you down? There's a treatment that requires zero lasers, zero incisions, and zero trips to the OR.

Varithena is a medical-grade microfoam injected directly into the problem vein. It irritates the vein wall, collapses it, and your body does the rest — absorbing it naturally over time.

Here's the whole thing:
💉 Microfoam is injected into the vein
🫧 Foam fills and collapses the vein wall
🩺 Ultrasound guides the whole process
✨ Body absorbs the vein — it simply disappears

One treatment session. Minimal downtime. You're back on your feet the same day. It works on veins of all shapes and sizes — including those tricky twisted ones that other treatments can't easily reach.

Often covered by insurance when medically necessary, so relief might be closer (and more affordable) than you think.

Varicose veins are achy, twisty, and frankly a little dramatic. But modern medicine has a stylish answer — and it involves lasers.

Endovenous Laser Therapy (EVLT) uses targeted laser energy to close off problem veins from the inside. No big incisions. No hospital stay. Most procedures wrap up in under an hour, and you walk out the same day.

Here's how it goes:
🗺️ Ultrasound maps the vein
💉 A tiny catheter slips in under local anesthesia
🔥 Laser heat seals the vein shut
✨ Your body absorbs it over the next few weeks — gone for good

EVLT boasts a ~98% success rate and is often covered by insurance when medically necessary.

Longer than most people expect — but there's an important distinction worth understanding.

When veins do eventually reappear, it's not because the treatment stopped working. It's because new veins have formed, not because the original ones came back. The treatment itself is long-lasting, typically delivering results anywhere from 3 to 5 years.

Here's what to expect along the way:
Smaller veins usually become visibly clearer within 3 to 6 weeks, while larger veins can take 3 to 4 months to fully respond. Most patients benefit from more than one treatment session to achieve the best outcome.
It's also worth knowing that certain factors — including genetics, hormonal changes, aging, prolonged sitting or standing, and weight fluctuations — can contribute to new vein development over time. This is completely normal and simply means treatment is an ongoing part of caring for your vascular health, not a one-and-done fix.
