Uplift Support Services, LLC To work collaboratively with individuals and their communities to create HOPE, HELP & HEALING.

Uplift Support Services outpatient programs provide mental health services to children, adolescents, adults and families, with the goal of helping those in our care grow and develop, despite their obstacles. After completing an assessment and evaluation to determine treatment needs, our therapists provide individual and/or family therapy at our client’s homes or school setting. Our comprehensive s

ervices also include psychiatric evaluation and treatment, if needed, crisis intervention, and linkage to community resources. Uplift Support Services accepts referrals for adolescents who are in need of Targeted Case Management. An assessment is completed for each eligible recipient after a referral is received for services. We provide targeted case management to children, adolescents, adults and families who have a mental health diagnosis and need additional assistance with gaining access to medical, social, and educational services.

🎉 Reflecting on an Amazing 2024!

What an incredible year it has been at Uplift Support Services! 🌟 From our joyful Easter celebrations, to helping students step confidently into the school year with our Back-to-School Shoe Drive, and spreading holiday cheer with our heartwarming Christmas Toy Drive Giveaway, we are so proud to have made a difference in the lives of the families we serve. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who supported, volunteered, and participated in making this year so impactful. 🙌 We couldn’t have done it without you!

🎄✨ Spreading Joy This Holiday Season! ✨🎁

This past week, Uplift Support Services was filled with the magic of giving during our Annual Christmas Food & Toy Drive! ❤️

We came together as a community to make the holidays brighter for our clients and neighbors, providing food, toys, and holiday cheer to those who need it most. 🎅🏾🎀 From heartfelt smiles to the sound of children’s laughter, the event was nothing short of magical!

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and showed up to share the spirit of Christmas with us. Together, we uplifted lives and brought the true meaning of the holidays to life. 🌟
