Hey there, Memphis moms! My name is Leanne, and I'm a Certified Lactation Counselor and feeding therapist. As a mom myself, I understand the challenges that can come with breastfeeding, and I'm here to help you and your little one navigate through them.

Babies as young as 4 months can start tasting flavors and textures. This is the age they start bringing hands and toys to their mouths. Consider using washed fresh fruits or vegetables in long stick shapes as teethers! It's a great way to learn new skills, get new flavor experiences, and it's cheaper than the flashy teether toys. It can also bring suite cool relieve to inflamed gums that round teethers just don't reach. And always monitor your baby when they have real food!
