After facilitating soundbaths for 5 years under 4 different brands, I can’t believe I’ve never done a GRWM type video…better late than never right 🤣

I enjoyed making this video and I’m excited to show you part 2 tomorrow when I go to Del Webb Minneola, a gorgeous 55+ community that looks more like an upscale resort! So grateful to have the opportunity to share melodic medicine with their mindful residents every quarter.

October has been a month of upheaval for many of us, the energies are intentionally pushing all of us to go inward, reflect, say the scary things out loud and then decide..how do we want to change this? The process of this is overwhelming..some of us may feel stuck trying to seek answers or maybe reduce the fear so that our inner truth isn’t so terrifyingly impossible.

My work helps to make the mind and body slow down, feel safe, clear the noise and restore the rhythm to which you aren’t fighting fear, but surrendering and building trust of your own self.

If you need help getting to the other side, come visit me. It’s one step closer to being at home in the body, balancing the mind and honoring your heart.

Wanted to share some personal observations, new awareness and lessons I’m learning and implementing over the last 6+ months with this current Pluto transit. Our original planned event-The Harvest Gathering-is postponed. After 2.5 months of sharing this experience, hoping our community would want to join our Autumn celebration, we did not receive sufficient registrations for attendees to host this experience on Oct. 18.

We understand 💯 The energies of the world, country and within our local circles are in a very strange place, uncertain and a lot of constant upheaval. We feel them and it is a lot to carry. It may not be the right timing for a long ceremonial gathering as many may want to join, but simply cannot.

So we will go back to the drawing board and co-create together a gathering that will hopefully be more accessible in terms of time and energy that we can bring to you. We will announce it here on social media first, so be on the lookout for that.

For now, we say thank you to our original plan, release it and ask Spirit to guide us to the right day, time and practices to share with all of you.

Sharing some insights as I’m starting October in a deep state of reflection. As a Libra Ascendant in Libra Season, Balance & Harmony In Relationships are 💯 at the forefront. I’m discovering what that means to me, what it feels like when it’s balanced and when I’m over-giving to avoid reactive conflict and overwhelming situations I may feel afraid I cannot handle. I realize I can handle a lot, but it’s how I process internally and the narrative I play in my head thats continually healing.
