Update: Our Cancellation Policy has changed

Dear Valued Client,

Thank you for choosing Lakeland Medical Massage for your care. We appreciate your trust and the opportunity to serve you.

Over the past year, our clinic has experienced an increased number of appointment no-shows and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. As a very busy practice with a consistently full schedule and an active waitlist, late cancellations prevent us from offering those appointment times to other clients who are waiting to receive care.

To ensure fair scheduling, respect our therapists’ time, and better serve all clients, we are implementing an updated cancellation policy effective this year.

Updated Cancellation Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)

Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
- First occurrence of a no-show, late cancellation, or cancellation without a reasonable excuse:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Second occurrence:
A 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Third occurrence:
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and the client may be discharged from the practice.

This policy allows us to maintain the highest standard of care, accommodate clients on our waitlist, and operate our practice responsibly.

As a former professional athlete and now working with professional players I can say that Ray is one of the best massage therapist I have ever worked with around the world . Her knowledge and dedication to help heal and educate is very impressive. If you need a real therapeutic massage Lakeland Medical Massage is the best option by far in my opinion.

Ive been to 4 different “medical massage”locations in 3 different states. The only one that i fully consider a true medical massage location is this one. I fly from Wisconsin specifically to see Tracy at Lakeland Medical Massage to help relieve my sciatica. No one else has been able to help it as well as she has been able to. I travel about 80-90% of the year for work, so for me to put time aside and sacrifice my home time to come here and do this is saying something.
