Urinary incontinence isn't always a condition on its own. In some men, it can be related to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or an enlarged prostate, which can interfere with normal bladder function and cause leakage, urgency, or frequent urination.

When BPH is the underlying cause, treating the enlarged prostate may help improve urinary symptoms. Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) is a minimally invasive procedure that reduces blood flow to the prostate, causing it to shrink over time and relieving pressure on the urinary tract.

Pelvic Congestion Syndrome is caused by enlarged, malfunctioning pelvic veins that allow blood to pool in the pelvis, often leading to chronic pelvic pain that worsens with standing, activity, or throughout the day.
