Grace Manor at Lake Morton is a full service memory care facility.

Grace Manor at Lake Morton seeks to create a world that can meet the unique needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s – a simpler world that minimizes the confusion and moves at a slower, more structured pace. It is designed to enhance residents’ social, cognitive, physical and emotional abilities through innovative therapy, social interaction with others at the same stage of progression, specialized staff training and appropriate environmental features.
