We crafted a wonderful time capsule filled with meaningful mementos and treasures, some celebrating America's 250th Anniversary. We locked them away until we open it up together in a year. We believe that a happy, healthy, purposeful life is enriched by saving memories today, building shared traditions, and looking forward to opening them together next year!

This week, our community was honored to celebrate National Night Out by serving breakfast to the LakelandPD in appreciation of their dedication and service.

National Night Out is a wonderful opportunity to strengthen relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. We were proud to come together in gratitude, fostering connection and supporting those who help keep our neighborhoods safe.

We enjoyed viewing stunning oil paintings, breathtaking photography, and distinctive mixed-media works that showcase the vibrant creativity in our community. Celebrating another wonderful year around the sun with great music, delicious food, and wonderful company! 🎂🎈 Our community had an absolute blast at our July Birthday Luncheon yesterday, celebrating all of our July birthday stars.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal served by our wonderful dining team while being serenaded by the incredible live music of the Essence Duo! For us, creating happy, healthy, purposeful living means gathering together to honor each other's milestones, share joyful laughter, and fill our neighborhood with song and celebration.

Uncovering the rich, vibrant stories of our local heritage! 🇺🇸🏛️ Our community celebrated our patriotic focus for July by taking an inspiring trip back in time at the Polk County History Museum.

We had an incredible afternoon diving into Florida's diverse past, exploring exhibits that cover everything from pioneer days and cattle ranching to military history and the phosphate industry. There was so much to see and learn that we honestly wished for more hours in the day to take it all in! We love sharing these wonderful moments of discovery together. And of course, we couldn't resist capping off our adventure with a delicious, sweet treat from The Cookie Shop bakery! 🍪✨

Singing along to our favorite patriotic tunes with wonderful friends! 🇺🇸🎶 We had the absolute best time honoring our nation's 250th anniversary with a special live performance from our favorite local entertainer, Deborah Mims.

We filled the room with pride and joy as we sang along to timeless patriotic music that honors the rich history of our country. We love coming together to celebrate our shared heritage, enjoy great live entertainment, and create meaningful memories side-by-side!

Step by step, we are moving toward a healthier, more vibrant tomorrow! 🚶‍♀️We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate a phenomenal milestone as we congratulate Judy B. for winning our June step challenge with an incredible 211,331 steps!

We love seeing Judy on her daily walks around our beautiful campus, always choosing to walk instead of drive whenever possible. Her new Apple Watch has made it easier than ever to keep track of her daily 7,000-step goal. For us, promoting active aging means celebrating these healthy habits and encouraging each other to keep moving and staying fit together!
