**HOLIDAY CLOSURE**

In observance of Independence Day, StrategicCare will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, to allow our team time to celebrate with family and friends.

Good afternoon, Polk County and Lakeland Community!

We've received several questions about which insurance plans StrategicCare is currently working to credential with, and we wanted to provide an update.

Our team is actively pursuing participation with the following insurance providers:

✅ Medicare (our first priority, as Medicare enrollment is required before we can begin contracting with many Medicare Advantage/Replacement plans)

✅ Cigna

✅ Blue Cross Blue Shield (We are currently an out-of-network provider)

✅ Humana

✅ UnitedHealthcare

✅ TRICARE

✅ MultiPlan

✅ Aetna

We have also submitted our interest for CHAMPVA and are currently on a waiting list while we await further opportunities to join that network.

Credentialing is often a lengthy process that involves multiple applications, verifications, and approvals from each individual insurance company. While we wish we could provide exact timelines, much of the process is outside of our control. Please know that we are working diligently every day to move things forward as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, we continue to offer affordable self-pay options and are committed to transparent pricing so members of our community can access quality healthcare regardless of insurance status.

We truly appreciate your patience, encouragement, and support as we continue building StrategicCare to serve the healthcare needs of our community. We will provide updates as additional insurance contracts are approved.
