This past Sunday here in the Northern Hemisphere, we celebrated something big… 🎉
My birthday! 😄
(Okay, okay — also the Summer Solstice and the start of Cancer season. 🦀)
Cancer season is such a tender time. It invites us to turn inward, to listen to what our bodies are quietly telling us, and to lean into the people and places that feel like home.
And honestly? I took my own advice. On my actual birthday, I did… nothing. The weekend had been full, my body was tired, and instead of pushing through, I let myself rest. No guilt — just stillness.
So here’s my little nudge for you this cancer season: go enjoy this beautiful weather, listen to your body, and spend time with the people you love. 💛

Hi, I’m Tammy McConnell. 💜

For 31 years I worked at the Ohio EPA. It was a great job — good money, good benefits, got to go to all of my girls’ parties at school and some of the absolute BEST people I’ve ever known. I enjoyed it… but deep down, I never felt like it was what I was meant to do.

When I retired, I started a business as a life coach and Reiki practitioner — but I never really did anything with it. It still didn’t feel right. Then I started learning tarot and astrology, and THAT is what finally lit my world up. ✨

Now I combine my coaching with tarot cards, and just little astrology and Reiki sprinkled on top to help people find clarity and direction.
