FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lakeville, MN is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be the welcoming face and friendly voice for our patients. If you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, high-energy team, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and support daily clinic operations
• Communicate with patients, providers, and team members
• Help create an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Healthcare or front desk experience is a plus (but not required!)

Pam just 'graduated' from physical therapy. "When I first came in here, I was ready to give up," said Pam about her first appointment at Fyzical. She was skeptical that physical therapy could help with her pain and balance. Thanks to her consistency in coming to her appointments and doing her exercises, she has seen great improvement. Even her husband noticed the change in Pam's mobility as her therapy progressed. Today she says, "I feel wonderful. I feel really happy." She is pictured her with her physical therapist, Jena.
