Chronic pain can make you feel invisible. Especially when no one can find the source. And for women in particular— pain has historically been undertreated, dismissed, or medicated without ever asking why.
I’m not against medication. But I do believe there are other ways. Bodywork. Self massage. Learning what your body is actually trying to tell you.
When my clients come in we work on these patterns together — and I send them home with tools to keep up with it. Because life is stressful. The nervous system responds how it responds. This work — bodywork, self massage, breath, stillness — it’s not a one time fix. It’s a practice.
