I'm a therapist who is passionate about bringing excellent mental health care to our communities. For the last ten years I have been providing therapy to folks of all ages in difficult and complex situations. During this time I have dedicated my time to learning about the science of mental health and I have mastered many of the principles and techniques of emotional healing by applying this study

in my clinical practice. I am eager to share this knowledge and skill with other providers who are also looking for excellence in their practice. I have been providing advanced consultation since 2018 and I enjoy helping clinicians to improve their case conceptualization so that they can more effectively treat clients. I believe that teaching the principles of brain and body science in easy-to-understand concepts allows providers to refine their practice while remaining authentic to their own style and intuition.

It's available on Nook, Kindle and most other online ebook distributors.

The ebooks and other online retailers are coming soon and I'll post updates when they go live.

If you're waiting for an audiobook, it is coming. It will take a couple more months as I decided to narrate it myself. So circle back in a little while to see where I'm at with that.

Also, if you're a library lover and think this book would help your community, please talk to your librarians about requesting it. I would love for everyone to have access to it no matter their financial situation.

Lastly and most importantly -- thanks so much to and for the publishing and editing support AND to all of the friends, coworkers and family members who have had so much confidence in me and kept me motivated for the last 5 ½ years. I truly appreciate all of you!

We FINALLY have a release date for the paperback and ebook: 02-14-2025

I am so excited to get this book out into the world!!

Although I was hoping to be done a few months ago, I wanted it to be just right. And thanks to a lot of supportive folks and their feedback, it's finally ready.

Hopefully you won't need this book on Valentine's, but if you do, maybe it can help you feel a little more seen and loved that day.

Either way it will be available on Amazon and other retailers (to be announced).

First print proof! And Emma's cover art made this come together better than I anticipated.

It looks like my New Year's goals from the last three years will finally be happening this year. 😅

I'm so excited and nervous to let this baby out into the world. Once the print proof passes inspection, the release date will be weeks away! Stay tuned.

Well, it's clear we're not going to make the fall deadline for my book release. 😅 My perfectionism and the holidays have pushed everything out a bit so I apologize for the delay .... but we're soooo close!

I wanted to share my favorite update so far and proof that things are still moving behind the scenes.

I'd like to introduce the cover art for my book! This amazing artwork was created by my talented sister, Emma. The image is more perfect than I could have imagined and I'm excited for you all to see the finished product in the next few weeks!

We're officially done with editing and into layout!

I honestly didn't plan for this release to coincide so closely to such a volatile political moment.

But a huge foundation of my personal politics is caring for ourselves and others so that we can find belonging and joy in our homes and communities.

Although I'm not a massive influencer or political candidate, I have spent years trying to create something that, I hope, can aid in healing hearts and communities.

And maybe the timing isn't really a coincidence at all.
