We are welcoming Than Johnson, MA, LPCC, to the team! Get to know a bit about him and schedule a session if you would like to start working with him!

"As an LPCC, my goal is to provide my clients with trust, honesty, autonomy, and the safety to express themselves in session. I work towards and celebrate incremental change and like to use a collaborative approach with clients to develop goals for therapy and potential challenges along the way.

As a clinician, I think a lot about thinking. I focus on how we conceive of ourselves and the world around us, how this thinking affects our daily lives and relationships, and what we can do to change the way we think. In addition to CBT, I also utilize different forms of Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to provide my clients with different tools they can use outside of our sessions."

Schedule with Than today at the link in our bio! He is available and ready to start supporting you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process distressing memories, experiences, and beliefs that may still be affecting them today.

Rather than simply talking about difficult experiences, EMDR helps the brain reprocess them so they become less emotionally overwhelming and disruptive.

Many clients find that memories that once felt "stuck" begin to feel more manageable, allowing them to move forward with greater confidence and peace.

Many people struggling with depression continue to go to work, care for their families, and meet responsibilities while quietly carrying a heavy burden.

Healing doesn't happen overnight, but support can make a difference. Therapy can help you understand what's contributing to your depression, build effective coping strategies, and reconnect with the parts of life that feel meaningful.

You don't have to navigate it alone. Schedule a session with one of our clinicians at the link in our bio to get set up with support.

Today, we pause to acknowledge that this day can hold many different emotions for people. 🇺🇸

For some, it is a day of remembrance for loved ones who have been lost in military service. For others, it may bring up grief, reflection, pride, or even complicated feelings about service and sacrifice.

We hold space for all of those experiences. Schedule a session with us today to start receiving support that meets your needs.

Regulation is not about “calming down perfectly.” It is about helping your body learn that it does not have to stay in survival mode all the time.

Some regulation tools can include:
🌿 Deep pressure or grounding
🌿 Breathwork
🌿 Movement
🌿 Predictable routines
🌿 Safe connection with others
🌿 Sensory support
🌿 Rest without guilt

Healing happens in the body as much as it happens in the mind. Learn more and get support today at the link in our bio!

As the seasons change, many people notice their mood beginning to shift too. Emerging from seasonal depression can feel strange — like waking up after months of surviving on autopilot.

You may notice:
• More energy, but difficulty knowing what to do with it
• Pressure to suddenly “feel better”
• Lingering fatigue or isolation
• Anxiety returning as activity increases
• Grief for time that felt lost during the harder months

Healing is not a switch that flips overnight. You are allowed to ease back into connection, movement, joy, and routine at your own pace.

You do not have to rush your way back to yourself. We are here to walk with you, schedule now at the link in our bio!

An ADHD or autism screening can provide clarity, language for your experiences, and a starting point for support. Screening is about understanding how your brain works so you can build systems, relationships, and coping strategies that actually fit you.

You do not have to keep forcing yourself into systems that were never designed for you. Support starts with understanding. Schedule a session with one of our clinicians in the link in our bio!

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring joy, love, and excitement but they can also bring anxiety, overwhelm, grief, identity shifts, depression, and emotional exhaustion.

Many people struggle silently, believing they should be coping better.

Support can help. Set up a session with our clinician Brooke Swadley to get the support you deserve. The link is in our bio to schedule!

You deserve care, too—not just as a parent, but as a person.
