I will be out of town again this year, so I am so sad to miss all your wonderful and spooky costumes. From the little babies, to the teenagers, and the occasional adults, it brings me so much joy to see everyone having loads fun! I hope other people and businesses will Join Lamar Public Library this Halloween season. I will be back next year, and I am already thinking of some fun ideas.

We are searching for volunteers to host a trunk at our annual Trunk or Treat!

We will be closed today, Friday July 31st, but we will leave you all with a shark week fun fact!

Did you know? Sharks don’t actually have bones—their skeletons are made entirely of cartilage! 🌊🦈

Humans, on the other hand, rely on 33 beautifully stacked vertebrae to keep us upright, moving, and doing what we love. Because our skeletons are rigid, stress, poor posture, and daily life can easily throw things out of alignment.

Don't let subluxations sneak up on you like a great white. Keep your spine swimming-shape! Give us a call when we are back in the office Monday, August 3rd!

We want to wish our amazing community a safe and happy Independence Day. We are so grateful for the opportunity to help you all live healthier, pain-free lives. 🎆

Our office will be closed Friday, July 3rd. We will be back to regular hours Monday, July 6th. 🇺🇸

Take this weekend to rest, recharge, and enjoy the festivities, like Lamar's Wet and Dry parade Saturday morning. If you experience any holiday induced back aches, give us a call when we re-open. We've got your back. 😉
