Back-to-school haul! My athlete has 6am practice, after school practices and a late lunch period. Fueling her body with easy- high protein foods, hydration, and seed-oil free snacks is always a bit of a challenge. Here are some of our go-to's to keep her GOING and HEALTHY.

There’s something special about celebrating during springhofestival.

Lampasas has always known how to gather - around the springs, around tradition, around the people who make this town feel like home. This year, we’re grateful that Kindred gets to become a small part of that story.

Join us Wednesday, July 8th for our official ribbon cutting from 4-6 PM. Later that evening, the Spring Ho fireworks begin at 9:15 PM.

This space has been a long time coming, and we’re so thankful for every bit of support, patience, encouragement, and excitement along the way.
