Twice-Sold Tales/Friends of the Library Used Books and More Thousands of Gently used & new hardcovers & paperbacks, every category & age, 10¢ - $5. We take CASH ONLY. We are a CASH ONLY business.

Prices range from 10¢ to $5, including new hardcovers; most paperbacks 50¢ or 3 for $1. All categories and age ranges are represented. 100+ titles added weekly; we take requests. Proceeds benefit the Lanark Public Library and its programs and collections. Fiction books are organized by author and nonfiction by category. We carry Westerns, mystery, Amish and inspirational/Christian romance, cookboo

ks, religion, humor, sports, science fiction, fantasy, horror, classic literature, contemporary and historical romance. Our extensive nonfiction section, organized by topic, includes books on antiques, gardening, woodworking and construction, needlework, photography, biography/autobiography, self-help, health and fitness, history, languages, animals, and virtually anything else you can imagine. We carry books for all ages of children, from board books for toddlers to young adults. We also offer DVDs, VHS tapes, audio books, and puzzles. Donations of gently used books are accepted 10 am-1pm Tues.-Fri. and 9 -11 am Sat., or they may be dropped off at the Lanark Public Library. Twice-Sold Tales was created to support the fund-raising efforts of the Friends of the Lanark Public Library, a non-profit organization founded in 2005 to support and promote the Lanark Public Library as a cultural, educational and recreational asset to the community in order to enhance the quality of life of its citizens.
