Orchard Manor is a skilled nursing facility serving adults in need of a short term rehabilitation stay or long-term residential care. The core of Orchard Manor is the people who live and work here- our residents, our volunteers, and our staff. Our philosophy is visible for all to see, in the stained glass window that proclaims “… Adding Years to Life & Life to Years…”. Like the tree shown with our

name, Orchard Manor has roots that go deep into the community and form a firm foundation upon which to grow. Like the many branches of the tree, each of our residents is a unique individual needing loving care and a safe haven in which to live life to its fullest.

This Labor Day, we’re celebrating the hard work, dedication and contributions of all the people who make our Orchard Manor family so special! 👏

To help celebrate, our IID Unit created this beautiful flag pallet with the assistance of Activity Aide Maddie! 🇺🇸🎨 We love seeing the creativity and teamwork that goes into these special projects.

A big thank you to everyone who works hard each day to make Orchard Manor a place our residents are proud to call home. ❤️

A Surprise Visit from One of Our Own! 🇺🇸

What a fun surprise it was to see one of our CNAs, Eli Wall, back at Orchard Manor! Eli has been away for the past two months completing Basic Training for the Air Force, and he stopped in to say hello and spend some time connecting with our residents. ❤️

Going from seeing Eli each day caring for our residents to not seeing him at all for the last 2 months made his visit extra special! Our residents were so happy to see him, hear about his experience, and catch up—especially those who have served themselves. 🇺🇸

Thank you, Eli, for taking the time to come back and visit with your Orchard Manor family! We are so proud of you and excited to see where this next chapter takes you!

There’s nothing quite like enjoying a beautiful afternoon outside at the pond! 🌿💦 Our all guys fishing crew headed out for some fishing, fresh air and sunshine! 🎣😎

A little time by the water, good conversation and hopefully a few fish on the line made for a great afternoon! ❤️

We’re grateful for these simple moments that give our residents a chance to get outside, relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

A Little Relaxation at Orchard Manor 💜🧖‍♀️

We enjoyed a peaceful afternoon of self-care and relaxation! ✨ We will be having at least one of these a week from now on ❤️

Our residents were treated to a little spa experience featuring face masks, under-eye masks, relaxing lavender hand massages, lavender in the diffuser, and peaceful spa music playing in the background. 🌿🎶

Sometimes you just need to slow down, relax and enjoy a little pampering! 💜 What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon. 😊

Healthcare Experience: I have been working at Orchard Manor for about five years now, started in dietary, and now have been working in activities for a year.

A little about Maddie- As a very active person, I enjoy being outside doing something, like spending time with my family and four golden retrievers.
