One thing I hear all the time... "I want to work out again, but I'm so out of shape."

Can I tell you a secret?
Every single person starts somewhere.

This space wasn't created for people who already love the gym. It was created for people who want to feel comfortable enough to begin.

No pressure.
No comparison.
No expectations.

If you've been waiting until you felt "ready," this is your reminder: You already are.

We’re so excited to have Nicolette Simon, PT, DPT of Inner Synk Physical Therapy LLC to our office! 💛

Nicolette provides one-on-one care for concerns including pelvic pain, endometriosis, incontinence, urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, and pregnancy/postpartum needs. She offers clinic visits, home visits, and telehealth options.

We’re especially excited about what this means for our Stronger Together clients. So much of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood involves both physical and emotional changes, and we truly believe many of our clients can benefit from having both of us in their corner.

We are so happy to have Nicolette here and can’t wait for you to get to know her!

Social media has a way of convincing us that everyone else is doing motherhood "better."

The organized homes.
The smiling family photos.
The perfectly packed lunches.

What we don't see are the tears, the doubts, the sleepless nights, and the moments of wondering if we're enough.

You are not behind. You are not failing.
You are simply living a real life.

Save this post for the days you need the reminder that real life doesn't look like a highlight reel. And if you're looking for support, I'm here whenever you're ready.

Parenthood doesn't come with a perfect routine and most days don't go exactly as planned.

Sometimes it's not the big changes that make the biggest difference. It's the small habits that help you feel a little more grounded, a little more rested, or a little more like yourself.

Maybe it's taking a walk after dinner. Drinking your coffee while it's still hot. Asking for help. Taking five deep breaths before the day begins. Or simply giving yourself permission to let something go.

Those little moments matter.

💛 What's one habit that's made your days feel just a little easier? Share it in the comments. You never know what might help another parent who's reading along.

NEW AT STRONGER TOGETHER 💛

We’re so excited to share that we now have a Pelvic Floor Therapist in our office!

Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood can impact both your physical and emotional well-being and we believe support should reflect that.

Having pelvic floor therapy available alongside the mental health, doula, and movement support offered at Stronger Together creates another opportunity for our clients to care for their whole selves.

We truly believe many of our clients can benefit from working with both of us, with each provider bringing their own expertise to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your body.

Interested in learning more?
Send us a message! We’d be happy to share more information about our Pelvic Floor Therapist and how to book an appointment with her. 💛

If you've ever felt guilty for needing a few minutes to yourself- don't. It's normal.

Parenthood asks so much of us, and somewhere along the way, many parents start believing that taking care of themselves is selfish. It's not.

When your cup is empty, it's harder to show up in the ways you want to.

Rest isn't something you have to earn, it's what helps you keep going.

Sometimes the hardest part is believing you deserve support. If this post resonated with you, let's start that conversation together.

💛 Be gentle with yourself today.

When people think about postpartum mental health, postpartum depression is often the first thing that comes to mind. But, it's not the only experience new parents may face.

Anxiety, OCD, rage, grief, and birth trauma can all affect emotional well-being during the postpartum period and many parents don't realize what they're experiencing has a name.

The more we talk about these experiences, the easier it becomes to recognize when someone may need support.

If any of these experiences feel familiar, you don't have to navigate them alone. Reach out to schedule a consultation and let's talk about what support could look like for you.

Many parents spend months creating a birth plan, but little time thinking about what happens once they come home.

A postpartum plan doesn't have to be complicated. Even a few simple conversations ahead of time can make those first weeks feel more manageable.

Think beyond labor and delivery:
- Who will help with meals?
- What boundaries do you want around visitors?
- Who will support your emotional well-being?
- How will you make space to rest and recover?

Preparing for postpartum isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating a support system before you need it.

💛 Save this post for later, or share it with an expecting parent who could use the reminder.

Most people mean well when they offer advice to new parents. 😅

But during the postpartum season, what many parents need most isn't another tip. They need to feel seen, supported, and understood.

A simple check-in, a warm meal, or reminding someone they're doing a good job can mean more than you know.

If someone in your life recently welcomed a baby, don't worry about saying the perfect thing. Just show up with kindness, listen without judgment, and let them know they don't have to do it alone.

💛 What's something someone said—or did—that made you feel truly supported as a new parent?
