Today, we formally welcome and announce the appointments of Stacy Moorer, Business Office Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, Mike Williams, both who recently relocated to Texas from Virginia and Illinois, respectively. We celebrated with waffles, breakfast sausage, and a special culinary visit from Cayla and our very own ADON Meaux.

Here’s to new beginnings and fun working together. Stacy and Mike, we’re proud to have you join our team and look forward to what the future holds!

Had such a great time at the DFW Healthcare Connection — Back to Connection networking event! 💙🤝

It’s always a blessing to connect with other healthcare professionals, build new relationships, and strengthen the partnerships that help us better serve our communities.

And to top it all off… I won a door prize! 🎉🎁 Definitely wasn’t leaving empty-handed! 😂

At Lancaster Nursing and Rehabilitation, it takes all of us working together to make a difference in the lives of our residents. From nursing, therapy, dietary, transportation, housekeeping, maintenance, activities and administration, every department plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those in our care.

Every day, our team steps in to help one another, find solutions, and make sure our residents' needs come first. Whether it's lending a helping hand, sharing an idea, or working together to make a resident's day a little brighter, teamwork is what makes it all possible.

We provide more than care, we create a place where our staff feel supported and valued. Today, we took time to celebrate a birthday milestone together. Happy Birthday, Tria!

Being invited to speak about Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care was truly an honor and a privilege. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share my knowledge, educate others, and help bring greater understanding to the vital role skilled nursing plays in patient care and recovery.

Thank you to Trinity Industries for the invitation and for creating a space where healthcare professionals can connect, learn, and make a difference. I’m thankful to have been part of it.
