Lead Outreach Coordinator
New Road Foundation | Lancaster & Antelope Valley
We are looking for a passionate, dependable Lead Outreach Coordinator who believes in recovery, reentry, and helping people connect to resources that create lasting change.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead community outreach, resource tables & educational workshops
- Provide case management, referrals & follow-up
- Connect individuals to treatment, housing, healthcare, employment & other resources
- Facilitate recovery and life-skills groups
- Build relationships with community partners
- Train & mentor workforce participants
- Support opioid & stimulant prevention and education efforts
Experience in community outreach, case management, recovery services, or SUD counseling is preferred. SUD counselor registration/certification is a plus. Lived experience with recovery or reentry is valued.
