You can rely on our expertise in maternal fetal medicine for helpful answers and compassionate support. Our practitioners have experienced complicated pregnancies in their own families and relied on MFM specialists

for care and support. Those experiences drive their passion for providing the best care possible for every family. LMFM offers pre-pregnancy counseling, first trimester screening (for both high risk and routine pregnancies), fetal echocardiograms, and management of complex maternal and fetal conditions during pregnancy. Our ultrasound equipment is state-of-the art; you can expect the most beautiful 3D and 4D ultrasound images available, and we'll send them right to your phone! We are always accepting new patients, and welcome self-referrals (you do not need "permission" from your OB to see us). We can schedule your appointment quickly-you won't have to wait weeks to be seen. We are a small, family (and veteran) owned business, and treat all our patients with the kindness and respect they deserve.

🌞Jupiter was born on July 3 at 1:45am. She's absolutely perfect. Thank you all for the phenomenal care I received. ~Autumn D
🌞Last Wednesday at 9:06 am, our sweet boy Jackson Louis Leed was born. He was 7 lbs 15 ounces, 20 1/2” long and absolutely perfect 🥰

Last week, Dr. Macedonia had the opportunity to meet with Representative Nikki Rivera and her intern, Maya, to discuss the maternal mortality crisis and how we can improve care for mothers and families.

We appreciated Representative Rivera’s thoughtful questions, genuine concern for the families she serves, and her commitment to improving maternal health in Lancaster and across Pennsylvania.
