Jessica joined the team in July, and appointments with her will be available on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, as well as some Saturdays – offering therapeutic and sports massage. She also offers trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and hot stones.

Jessica takes a holistic approach when seeing patients, with consideration of their overall health, nutrition, mobility and everything in between. She strives to ensure each patient receives the same energy and truly enjoys their time under her care. She values input and feedback to make each session the best it can possibly be.
