Six years ago, I stepped into the role of Executive Director at CritiCare with excitement, determination, and a little uncertainty about whether home health was truly where I belonged. Today, I can honestly say it has become the most rewarding nursing role of my career.
Over the past six years, I have had the privilege of working alongside an incredible team of nurses, aides, and office staff who make a difference in the lives of our patients and families every single day. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment to providing exceptional care allow our patients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
I am deeply grateful for each member of the CritiCare team. The kindness you show, the challenges you overcome, and the difference you make in our community make me proud to lead this organization.
I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the patients and families who have entrusted CritiCare with their care. Inviting healthcare professionals into your home requires tremendous trust, and I never take that responsibility lightly. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey and for the confidence you place in our team each day.
