🎉 HAPPY 2ND BIRTHDAY, ROOTED IN GRACE! 🎈🎂 🎉

Two years of caring for our patients, building relationships, praying together, laughing (and sometimes crying 😊) together, and growing this little practice we love so much.

What started as a leap of faith and obedience to God’s call for Maegan has become a beautiful blessing. We are SO thankful for every patient, family, friend, and supporter who has helped make ROOTED IN GRACE what it is today!

Today is the day! Rooted in Grace Primary Care is officially transitioning to our new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system! 🎉

As we learn this new system, we ask for a little extra patience and grace. You may experience longer wait times on the phone and at check-in while our team gets everything up and running.

☎️ If you’re unable to reach us, please leave a voicemail rather than calling repeatedly. We promise we’ll return your call as soon as we can!

While the office is closed this week, Maegan & Emily are trading patient appointments for training sessions as we learn our brand-new EMR system.

It may not be the most exciting vacation activity 🤪, but every click, note, & training module is helping us build a better experience for YOU. Soon, we’ll be ready with new tools to make your visits smoother & even better than before. 💜🌿

During this time, voicemails and portal messages will not be checked regularly. Do not send urgent or time-sensitive medical concerns, as they may not be seen until we return.

We also ask that you respect our staff’s time with their families. Please do NOT contact staff through personal phone numbers, text messages, or social media regarding office matters while we are closed.
