We understand that life happens. Schedules change, work runs late, emergencies come up—we truly get it.

That said, every appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Our providers rely on scheduled appointments just as you rely on your own work schedule. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or a client doesn’t show, that time cannot usually be filled, and another client misses the opportunity to be seen.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.

We kindly ask that you respect this policy. It is acknowledged at the time of booking and helps us remain fair to our providers, our staff, and the clients waiting for appointments.

Thank you for understanding and respecting our time as much as we respect yours.
