Residents gathered for an exercise circle that got both upper and lower bodies moving as they passed the beach ball around the group. What started as a simple activity quickly turned into lots of laughter, friendly anticipation, and plenty of "Who's going to get it next?" moments!

It's amazing how a favorite childhood game can bring so much joy while encouraging movement, coordination, and social connection. Sometimes the simplest activities create the best memories! ☀️😊

☀️🍊 Even on a rainy day, we found a way to celebrate this month's Citrus & Sunshine theme!

Residents got crafty creating cheerful sunshine door hangers to brighten their rooms and their day. Each one features a special center covered with contact paper, creating a reusable dry-erase message board that can be customized whenever inspiration strikes.

From vibrant colors to unique designs, every project reflected the creativity of its maker. Most importantly, the activity brought plenty of smiles and a little extra sunshine indoors while we waited for the rain to pass.

🌦️☀️ With the rainy days continuing to roll in, our residents found a way to bring a little sunshine indoors!

Residents got creative making beautiful suncatchers to brighten their room windows. Using glass lemon beads along with an assortment of colorful beads in different shapes and sizes, each suncatcher became a unique work of art. No two were alike, and each one reflected the creativity of its designer.

This fun craft activity not only added a splash of color to our day but also brought plenty of smiles along the way. We can't wait to see these handmade treasures catching the sunlight when the sun returns! 🍋✨🌈

🏆🎯 The residents always enjoy a little friendly competition, and this game day was no exception!

Laughter, teamwork, and a competitive spirit filled the room as residents put their skills to the test. The fun was so contagious that even staff joined in on the action! From friendly rivalries to plenty of cheers, everyone had a great time making memories together.

Every morning, Jax eagerly looks forward to his special one-on-one time with his favorite “Granny,” Jan! Their friendship has blossomed through shared smiles and sweet treats, as Jan loves spoiling Jax with the peanut butter sandwich crackers she wins at Bingo. Their daily visits bring joy to both of them and are a wonderful example of the meaningful connections formed in our community. ❤️

🎨 An Afternoon of Creativity & Patriotism! 🎨

Our residents had a wonderful time enjoying an afternoon of painting with our multi-talented Cook Tammy and Director of Clinical Services Kim!

In honor of the 250-year anniversary, everyone got creative with a patriotic theme—stay tuned to see the beautiful masterpieces they created! 🎆
