🏐 Registration is OPEN!

We’re excited to share that registration is now open for sponsors and teams for the 13th Annual Nicole Conway Recovery Volleyball Tournament!

This tournament is an opportunity to showcase the power of community and resiliency, celebrate the lives transformed by recovery, and connect our neighbors, partners, allies, and friends with life-saving prevention, treatment, and recovery resources available throughout South Central Pennsylvania.

This year’s event is proudly presented by the Recovery Opportunity and Community Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) public charity that manages a fund directly benefitting children who have lost their parents to overdose.

Teams consist of five players and registration is $50. The tournament is double elimination, with prizes awarded to the winning teams.

This is a family-friendly event with something for everyone—food, snacks, drinks, bounce houses, face painting, a balloon artist, a DJ, and plenty of sun and fun.

Come show your support, learn more about the resources available to individuals and families throughout our region, and enjoy a meaningful day with the community.

💙 Big news—and an even bigger moment of recognition.

We’re proud to share that Leanna Ballester has been named the statewide Peer Advocate of the Year by PAPSC!

This honor reflects something we see every day: her deep commitment to showing up for people with authenticity, compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication.

As a Lead Peer and Co-Responder within our Specialty Programs Division, Leanna is on the front lines—primarily alongside the Manheim Township Police Department, and in partnership with West Lampeter, Pequea Township, East Hempfield, and Strasburg Borough PDs. She responds directly to individuals in mental health and substance use crises, offering connection, care, and a different kind of support in some of life’s hardest moments.

This work calls for trust, presence, and heart—and Leanna brings all of that, every single day.

Since beginning in 2018 as a warm-handoff overdose responder, she has grown into a strong, steady leader, earning her CRS and CPS certifications and becoming a trusted force within our organization and community.

Leanna—your work changes lives. We are so proud to stand beside you and so grateful you’re part of this team. 💙

Join us in celebrating this well-deserved recognition 👏

This month, we’re bringing to the front line the heroic contributions and sacrifices of past and active military—and the families who carry that commitment with them.

We’re deeply indebted to you. And we’re here, should there be a weight too heavy to carry alone.

There aren’t words to fully capture our gratitude. 💙

Alicia approaches every challenge as an opportunity to learn, evolve, and better support our community. Her willingness to lean in, reflect, and grow not only strengthens her own practice but also inspires those around her—both colleagues and participants alike.

We’re so grateful for the heart, professionalism, and positivity Alicia brings to Blueprints. Thank you for continually showing up, growing forward, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others! 💙

This nomination reflects the very best of peer advocacy and community collaboration. Through Leanna’s leadership, the Co‑Responder Program has grown into a compassionate, on‑scene response for individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges—meeting people with care, respect, and real options for support when it matters most.

Under Leanna’s guidance, more than 100 individuals across Lancaster County have been diverted from arrest and connected to community‑based services instead of incarceration. These outcomes represent more than system change—they represent dignity, trust, and opportunity.

Leanna brings humility, curiosity, and unwavering commitment to her work every day. Her leadership continues to shape how co‑response is understood and practiced across our community—and we’re so grateful for the impact she makes. 🙏🏻

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re reflecting on what real change actually looks like.

We believe healing isn’t something that happens to people—it’s something that happens with them. Growth doesn’t come from being told what to do or handed a checklist. It comes from being invited into the process, having a voice, and being treated as the expert of your own life.

Mental health change doesn’t happen if we aren’t involved in it ourselves. That’s why we partner with our clients every step of the way—setting goals together, building skills together, and making space for curiosity, honesty, and ownership along the journey.

Because when people are involved, they don’t just remember the work—they learn, grow, and move forward with confidence and dignity.

💙 This month and always, we’re committed to care that listens, collaborates, and believes in the power of shared change.

Remember that in each of us is a deep well of Wisdom. From within, we find the strength to walk the middle path between reason and emotion, and to build lives of balance, effectiveness, and ultimately peace.

As the great dialectical teacher Yoda said, ‘Luminous beings are we.’

Happy Star Wars Day! May the 4th be with you!
