Sorry Mr Fox, Stewart the Racoon, Fattest Ground Hog in Pa, Most spoiled cat colony in the world, Political Refugee Chickens, All the birds who delight, the Dogs......this dude has just arrived!

Little follow up to the post about Angel's hoarse coughing the other night. I asked Dr Morin, her veterinarian, to check her out. My focus was on her heart. Imagine my surprise when Dr Morin asked me if I athletically train Angel. Uummm, no, she is a princess who likes to wear dresses. To my surprise Angel has a resting heart rate of an athletic dog. She said her twirling and quick movements have kept her in shape.
More interesting, when Angel came into my life she had a heart murmur. I kept her on Standard Process Cardiac care for over a year which obviously helped as she no longer has the heart murmur.
I like to post these little stories although I am not a veterinarian nor am I giving veterinarian advice. I am a holistic practioner for humans.

She is super cute, fluffy, affectionate and LOVES to bark. Unfortunately she has a collapsing trachea which is triggered by barking especially since being run over by a car.
The other night she woke me up with a deep hard cough. I didn't have the correct homeopathic remedy with me so I used the next best remedy option. It gave her about an hour reprieve and she woke up coughing. I re-dosed her and gave her a drop of cbd. That held her for 4 hours and I repeated. I have no shame in telling you I was scared.
Next day I gave her drosera and she has been fine. I will never not be without drosera. I am not a veterinarian nor am I giving veterinarian advice. I was a very scared dog mom.
