Super proud of our team who had the opportunity to be a part of Resource Alley and serve on the Care Team at the Out of The Darkness Su***de Prevention Walk put on by American Foundation for Su***de Prevention over the weekend! Despite the weather, there was still a great turnout and we enjoyed supporting such an important cause! 💚💜

🤔 Let’s redirect our focus from “the worst” to “the best” 🙂

Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to do something fun and meaningful by launching a merch shop featuring our “Be Gentle With Your Mental” designs. Our goal is to help spread positive mental health messages while creating pieces people can actually enjoy wearing.

This is just the beginning, so stay tuned — we’ll be adding more merch and designs soon! Below are a few mockups of what we’ve been working on.

We’d also love your input! Drop your favorite mental health quotes, affirmations, or one-liners in the comments and you may see them featured in a future design. ♻️
