Centered Care Providing nursing centered, patient centered and hope centered care in the safety and comfort of home

Centered Care was established in 2021 to provide healthcare staffing to hospitals throughout Michigan in departments such as ER, OR, ICU and Med/Surg. We now also have a comprehensive home care division providing care to individuals with brain injury, spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions, dementia and other chronic medical conditions. Our mission is to provide the highest possible quality

of patient care, the highest possible level of customer service and the best possible working environment. We employ RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Respiratory Therapists and Surgical Techs for our facility staffing division. For our Home Care division, we employ Home Health Aides, CNAs, RNs and LPNs.

From supporting communication and language development to helping with swallowing, cognition, and social connection, SLPs play a vital role in empowering people of all ages to communicate with confidence.

What an incredible week of learning, teamwork, laughter, and growth! Our staff came together to sharpen their skills, practice emergency preparedness, and continue providing the highest quality care possible. 💙

The feedback we’ve received so far has been amazing — staff described the week as:

Meet Isabel, our Vocational/Counseling Intern who will be coming to us full time after graduation this month! We asked Isabel what her favorite part of working at CCMI is:
"My favorite part of working at Centered Care is the culture and community. As a new grad entering the workforce can be very stressful in finding a position that not only fits my schooling but also my passions. When I started at Centered Care as an intern I immediately knew this was going to be a place where I can make a difference and grow as a professional and person. The work that we do is amazing and the people who are providing the services are even better. I am so lucky to be a part of an amazing team and an amazing place!"

Liz specializes in guiding clients and families through some of life’s toughest moments, including role changes, significant life transitions, and end of life decision making. Her dedication goes beyond just support; she is passionate about advocacy, empowering people to reclaim their autonomy and find healing amidst adversity.
