🚗🅿️ Overflow Parking for Car Ferry Users Starts Tomorrow (May 29) ⛴️
To help manage summer traffic at the marina, Tiki Bar, and ferry, overflow parking will be available on Front Street along the marina.
🚧 Traffic Control (10 AM – 6 PM on Fri/Sat/Sun, holidays, and special events):
• Flaggers will direct traffic in the overflow area.
• When flaggers are not present, car ferry users should use the through lane.
🚦 Front Street Traffic Pattern:
• Front St will be ONE WAY from the South Marina entrance to IA 26.
• No access to Front St from IA 26.
⛔ Marina Reminder:
• No waiting behind the concrete barriers in the marina.
• Do not block marina parking or through traffic.

The family tradition continued when son Dr Michael Schweitzer joined the practice 26 years ago. Today, Dr Michael Schweitzer and Debbie continue providing quality chiropractic care to the Lansing community and surrounding areas.

🔔 Heads up Lansing Car Ferry Users⛴️

If you’ve boarded the car ferry at the Lansing Marina recently, you may have noticed a new setup! 🚗⛴️
We’ve added concrete barriers to help make parking more organized as we prepare for the busy marina season. Our goal is to keep things running smoothly while minimizing disruption for marina and Tiki Bar visitors.
✅ Additional signage will be installed next week to guide ferry users.

🚢 Lansing Ferry Hours & Travel Info

While bridge changes are underway, Lansing remains open and connected thanks to the car ferry!

🕒 Ferry Hours
✔️ Operating 7 days a week
✔️ First trip: 5:30 AM from Wisconsin | 5:45 AM from Iowa
✔️ Last trip: 9:00 PM from Wisconsin | 9:15 PM from Iowa
✔️ Runs continuously (first-come, first-served — no fixed schedule)

🚗 Commuter Priority
To support daily commuters, priority access is requested during peak hours:
• 5:30–7:30 AM
• 3:30–5:30 PM
Non-commuters are encouraged to travel outside these times when possible.

🎄 Holiday Schedule
On Iowa DOT–observed holidays, the ferry operates 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, including:
New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & the Day After, and Christmas Day.
