Grateful for the chance to reconnect with my mentor through yoga practice on Zoom since my move to Texas. Even as a yoga teacher, I remain always a student, embracing every opportunity for growth and inspiration.

To my teacher and all who guide us, thank you for your wisdom and commitment. Namaste. 🙏✨

Feel free to make any further changes!

Every session on the mat teaches me something new, both physically and mentally. I’m grateful for the deeper understanding and body wisdom it brings.

Have you ever noticed that the things we truly need in life are often the ones we tend to avoid or resist the most? As this year progresses, I’ve made a mindful decision to be more intentional both on and off my yoga mat.

In my everyday practice, I’ve started to recognize what I instinctively resist. Urdhva Dhanurasana, in particular, highlights these challenges for me. Its demanding nature allows me to see where I hold back—whether it’s mentally, physically, or emotionally.

My breath becomes my ally in overcoming the resistance in all levels. Practicing sthira sukha, working towards that sweet balance between steadiness and ease. Finding the effort in the body, steadiness in mind and ease in the breath.

So as the saying goes, what ever we resist….persists, why not work towards overcoming our afflictions.

I’m grateful for this practice, for the tools on and off the mat. The asanas allow us to get into our body to witness and observe.

Lost in the creative flow while painting the Chinamasta Yantra. A meditative journey that brought peace and joy to my soul.

With a heart filled with gratitude and humility, I reflect on 2025— a monumental year that has been nothing short of transformative. From new beginnings to significant milestones, I am grateful for each moment.

✨ Blessings and New Beginnings: Relocating with my family to Texas has opened up a beautiful chapter in our lives.

✨ Yoga Journey: Completing my 300-hour teacher training with .yoga.official has been a dream come true, allowing me to share my passion at my local studio in Texas, .

✨ Family Milestones: Celebrating my daughter Zoe’s graduation from Baylor University and my son Eero’s engagement marks significant accomplishments for our family.

✨ Love and Partnership: Marrying my soulmate was a highlight, and our honeymoon in Paris and London added to the magic of this year.

As we close the chapter on 2025 and step into 2026, I carry forward immense gratitude for all these blessings. Here’s to more adventures and joy in the new year to come! ❤️✨
