Executive Director, Michael, and Wellness Director, Quan, recently met with Independent Living residents to discuss the Blue Zones initiative—regions of the world where people live longer, healthier lives through simple lifestyle habits centered on purpose, connection, movement, and mindful eating.

The conversation focused on how elements of the Blue Zones lifestyle could be thoughtfully woven into daily life at The Carlisle, with valuable resident feedback helping guide the discussion.
