🧠 Want to learn how to better support someone experiencing a mental health challenge?

Join us for FREE Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training through Lapeer CMH on Tuesday, September 22nd and Thursday September 24th from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM! Both Sessions are required for certification.

Mental Health First Aid teaches participants how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges, respond in a supportive way, and connect individuals to appropriate help, much like CPR in a physical emergency. This training is open to the community and is a great opportunity to build valuable skills that can make a difference. 💚
