Most therapists don’t get burned out from helping people.
They get burned out from everything that comes after the session.

The notes.
The treatment plans.
The admin work waiting at the end of the day.

After holding space for others emotionally, many clinicians still spend hours catching up on documentation.

That’s not why they chose this profession.

We believe AI should help mental health professionals spend less time on paperwork and more time focusing on people.

That’s why we’re building Sattva, to support therapists with note taking, treatment planning, and reducing the administrative load that quietly takes away time and energy from care.

Sattva is here for that, to help mental health professionals focus more on care, and less on everything surrounding it.

We’re now open for bookings and would love to connect with clinics, solo practitioners, and mental health teams looking to simplify their workflow.

Technology should support human connection, not replace it.

We are solving the easiest problem, not the most important one.

Right now, AI in therapy is exploding
And almost every product sounds the same

Faster notes
Better summaries
Less admin work

And yes, that matters

But here is the uncomfortable truth

Therapy is not struggling because of note taking

It is struggling because:

Patterns across sessions are hard to track 🔁
Subtle emotional shifts often go unnoticed 🧠
Progress is difficult to measure over time 📊

No matter how good your notes are
They still capture what happened

Not what it means

And that is the gap no one is really talking about

As someone working at the intersection of tech and mental health
This keeps bothering me

Are we building tools that make therapy easier
Or tools that make therapy better

Because those are not the same thing

At Sattva, we are thinking beyond documentation

Not just
“Did we capture the session”

But
“Did we understand the session”

AI should not just write things down
It should help us see what we might miss

We are still early
Still exploring
Still learning

But the direction is clear

Move from documenting therapy
To actually improving it 🚀

Curious to hear from therapists and builders here

What do you think is the real problem we should be solving

Why the name Sattva 🤔

And does a name really matter

When we started building, we kept coming back to this question

There are countless AI tools out there with sharp, catchy names ✨
Short, trendy, easy to remember

But for something as personal as mental health 🧠
We felt the name had to mean something deeper

Sattva comes from an ancient idea 🌿
It represents clarity, balance, and inner harmony

Not perfection
Not productivity
But a state where things feel a little more aligned within

And that is what therapy often tries to move toward 🤝

So no, we did not choose the name because it sounds cool
We chose it because it feels right for what we are trying to build

Now coming back to the bigger question

Does a name really matter

Maybe not in the beginning
A product can grow with any name

But over time, a name becomes a story 📖
It shapes how people feel about what you are building
It becomes the first impression before someone even tries your product

For us, Sattva is a reminder

That we are not just building software 💻
We are building something that sits in very human moments

Moments of confusion
Moments of vulnerability
Moments of growth 🌱

And if the name can quietly reflect that
It matters

Curious to hear this from others

Do you think names matter when building something meaningful 💭

Everyone is building AI note takers for therapists right now.

And honestly, most of them are good.

They save time ⏳
They write SOAP notes 🧾
They reduce admin work 📉

But here is something I keep thinking about

Is therapy really struggling because of note taking
Or are we just solving the easiest problem

From what I have seen, both in tech and mental health

Therapists do not just need faster notes
They need better understanding

Patterns across sessions get missed 🔁
Subtle emotional shifts go unnoticed 🧠
Progress is hard to truly see over time 📊

And none of that gets solved by a better summary

That is exactly why we are building Sattva

Not as another AI note taker
But as something that helps therapists

See patterns they might miss 👀
Understand client journeys over time 🛤️
Stay present during sessions without worrying about documentation 🤝

AI should not just document therapy
It should quietly make therapy better

We are still early
Still building
Still learning

But the goal is simple

Move from AI writing your notes
To AI helping you become a better therapist 🚀

If you are a mental health professional, I would genuinely love your thoughts

We are also opening early demos soon

Most therapists did not choose this field to spend hours on admin work.

But between scheduling, client management, team coordination, and note taking, that is where a lot of time goes.

At Sattva, we are building something simple but powerful

A system that helps solo practitioners and growing mental health clinics manage everything in one place
From client journeys to team workflows
And most importantly making notes effortless with AI powered support

Less time on documentation
More time for what actually matters your clients

We are just getting started

Stay tuned to see how Sattva is reshaping mental health practice management

It’s been months.

No posts.
No “Sattva Daily.” 👀

But a lot was happening behind the scenes—
building, learning, questioning… growing. 🧠🌱

Here’s what I realized:

Pausing isn’t failing. ❌
It’s part of the process. 🔄

So this isn’t a comeback.

This is a continuation. ➡️

Sattva Daily — Day 69.

If you’ve been waiting to restart something…
don’t.

Just continue. 🚶‍♂️

✨ Sattva Daily Continues — Hello November! 🍂

As we step into a new month, we’re excited to share that even though we’re transitioning into Luna, our mission remains the same. 💙
Sattva Daily will continue bringing you mental health awareness, everyday guidance, and gentle reminders to take care of yourself.

November is a month of transition — shorter days, colder weather, and emotional shifts that often go unnoticed. It’s also a month dedicated to men’s mental health, resilience, and checking in on those who appear strong on the surface. 💪🧠

So this November, let’s stay mindful.
Let’s stay connected.
And let’s stay kind — especially to ourselves. 🌙

Here’s to growth, balance, and better days ahead — with Luna and Sattva Daily continuing hand-in-hand. 💫

🌙 A Little Update from Sattva

Over the past few months, we’ve been helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys. We continue to do that, and we always will.

Sattva means purity, balance, and clarity of mind. These values have guided us from the very beginning and continue to shape everything we do.

But our heart has always been bigger. This platform is for mental health professionals, by mental health professionals, and of the mental health community. It is a space designed to empower those who care for others, giving them the tools, support, and community they need to make an even greater impact.

Now, we’re taking a gentle step forward. You’ll start seeing us as Luna, which means moon. Just like the moon lights up the darkest nights, guides us through cycles, and brings calm, we hope to be a guiding light for mental health professionals and the communities they serve.

Nothing about our care or mission is changing. We’re still the same team, holding the same promise of hope, calm, and emotional support. This is just a softer, brighter way to reflect who we are and what we stand for.

Think of it as the same Sattva you know and trust, now with a touch of moonlight 🌙💛

🌿 Sattva Daily – Day 67 🌿
We’re back after a short break — and it feels good to return! ✨

It’s already October, a month that reminds us of change, reflection, and awareness. As we step into this new month, we’re bringing fresh conversations, science-backed insights, and simple practices to help you care for your mind, just as you care for your body. 💚

Stay with us daily as we continue exploring mental health in ways that are relatable, practical, and supportive. Because your wellbeing matters — every single day.

🚀 Introducing Sattva — Our First MVP (Built as a Privacy-First POC)
🧠 AI-assisted note-taking for mental health professionals

We’re excited to launch the first working version of Sattva — a Proof of Concept (POC) that acts as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate a simple, powerful idea:

Can AI help therapists and counselors draft clinical notes faster — without compromising privacy?

With this early version, you can generate:
✅ SOAP Notes
✅ Initial Assessments
✅ Progress Notes
✅ Treatment Plans

⚠️ No data is stored. It’s HIPAA-aware and designed for safe testing.

While tools like ChatGPT or Gemini exist, they aren't built for clinical workflows or privacy standards. Sattva is.

🔮 What’s next?
We’re working toward:
-> All-in-one documentation dashboards
-> Secure patient management
-> Scheduling and task automation
-> And more, based on your real needs

But before we get there, we need your feedback.
Try it out, explore, and let us know what’s working and what’s missing.

And hey — if you’re open to a quick virtual coffee ☕, we’d love to hear your thoughts directly.
Let’s build a tool that truly supports the work you do.
