Today we are celebrating a HUGE milestone—our amazing Assistant Executive Director, Kaitlyn, has officially been part of the Edgewood Spring Wind family for 10 YEARS! 🥳🎂✨

For an entire decade, Kaitlyn has poured so much love, heart, dedication, and care into Edgewood. Her support for our residents, families, and team members never goes unnoticed, and we are so incredibly lucky to have someone who cares as deeply as she does. She is always willing to jump in, lend a hand, share a laugh, and do whatever it takes to make Edgewood feel like home. 🏡💕

From our amazing cooks who prepare every meal with love, to our dining aides who know just how to make each table feel welcoming, to our Director of Dining who keeps it all running smoothly, we are incredibly thankful for our entire dining team!

While not everyone is pictured here, every single member of this team plays such an important role at Spring Wind. They learn our residents’ favorites, share laughs and conversations, celebrate special occasions, and put so much care into making each meal something to look forward to. 🥰

Good food fills the stomach, but the love and kindness behind it fill the heart—and our dining team brings plenty of both! 💕🍴

Seventeen years ago, when Rose and Elvin first walked through the doors at Edgewood Fargo, those were the famous words of their granddaughter. But after all these years, Rose has learned that the best part of choosing senior living isn’t just about the beautiful dining room, the activities, or the amenities.

It’s about having options. It’s the different levels of support within the right community that give you the freedom to keep living life your way.

After 17 years at Edgewood, Rose and Elvin’s story shows how senior living can evolve with changing needs while helping preserve independence, connection, and home.

Today, we would like to take a moment to honor our incredible Clinical Service Director, Laurie Montague, as we prepare to celebrate her fourth anniversary with our team next week.

Over the past four years, Laurie has made an extraordinary impact on our community. The positive changes she has helped bring are a true reflection of her genuine compassion, unwavering dedication, and deep love for our residents and her team.

Laurie is uniquely passionate about our community and everyone who calls it home. She leads with both heart and purpose, always going above and beyond to ensure her team has the guidance, education, encouragement, and support they need to provide the very best care possible to our residents.

Her commitment is evident in all that she does. Laurie works tirelessly, advocates wholeheartedly, and continually strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her. Her leadership has not only strengthened our team but has also enhanced the lives of countless residents we are privileged to serve.

Laurie, we love and appreciate you! Thank you for being exactly who you are, for leading with compassion, and for making such a lasting difference in our community. We are incredibly grateful for you and all that you do.

💙 It’s the people who make Spring Wind feel like home💙

For more than a decade, Jody has been an important part of our Spring Wind family. While she serves our residents as a nurse, her dedication goes far beyond her nursing role. Her love for our residents led her to also spend part of her time helping with activities in Memory Care—because for Jody, caring for someone means creating moments of joy, connection, and fun too!
