Is it important to you to be listened to by your health care providers?
Listening is paying attention.
Paying attention is caring.
Caring is healing.
Listening is where I start.
My intention is to help you the way you want to be helped and I begin that process by listening to you. Paying attention to your needs provides the essential foundation of everything else that happens during your massage session and it all starts with "hello".
My job, my service, begins with caring about you: wanting to help you feel better, function/perform better and, as a result, live better.
Sure, I have excellent skills in a wide variety of techniques and solid knowledge of anatomy and how muscles, tendon and fascia function but it is through listening to you, the client, that I'm able to determine how, where and when to apply that knowledge and skill.
If you want, rather demand, personalized service and attention from your healthcare provider and consider the physical state of your body to be an essential part of your overall health, then let us work together to optimize your well-being: vital, free, open and strong.
